Tap Water Testing Report Released
SFEP partnered with 11 community partners working in disadvantaged neighborhoods in the Bay Area and the California Indian Environmental Alliance along with Simple Lab, an environmental testing service, specializing in laboratory logistics and sampling, to test tap water for its newly released Tap Water Testing Report.
The “Environmental Justice 2.0 for the Bay-Delta Estuary: Lessons Learned from Environmental Justice Expert-Government Agency Partnerships and Models for the Future” report synthesizes the discussions from a three-hour workshop held in April 2024.
Draft Reigonal Shoreline Adaptation Plan (RSAP) now available for public comment
In compliance with SB272, local governments are required to create subregional shoreline adaptation plans. The RSAP will guide the creation of coordinated, locally-planned sea level rise adaptation actions that work together to meet regional goals.
About the Estuary Partnership
The San Francisco Estuary Partnership is a collaborative regional program of resource agencies, non-profits, citizens, and scientists working to protect, restore, and enhance water quality and fish and wildlife habitat in and around the San Francisco Bay Delta Estuary. Working cooperatively, we share information and resources that result in studies, projects, and programs that improve the Estuary and communicate its value and needs to the public. The Association of Bay Area Governments is the home agency for Partnership staff and finances. Our offices are located at the Bay Area Metro Center in San Francisco.
